3. What we do not collect

We do not require an account, a password, or identity documents for normal purchases. We never ask for your game password, wallet seed phrase, or card details — anyone requesting these on our behalf is not us.

• Fulfilling your order — passing your game details to the delivery provider that credits the product.
• Processing and tracking your payment through our crypto payment provider.
• Sending order status links and updates by email or Telegram when you request them.

5. Legal bases

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process your data to perform the contract created by your order, to meet our legal obligations, for our legitimate interest in securing and improving the Store, and — for optional communications — with your consent.

6. Who we share it with

We share only the minimum required data with the parties that complete your order:

• Fulfillment providers — your game ID and product details so the top-up or code can be delivered.
• Our crypto payment processor — order amount and reference, never your game credentials.
• Messaging services (email provider, Telegram) — only when delivering your order link or updates.
• Authorities — only where the law compels disclosure, for example a lawful request in a fraud investigation.
• We never sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

7. International processing

The providers that fulfill orders may operate in different countries from yours. By placing an order you accept that the details required for delivery (chiefly your game ID and the product purchased) are transferred to wherever the fulfillment partner processes it, protected by the limits described in this policy.

8. How we protect your data

Order records are stored on secured servers with access limited to the systems and staff that need them. Sensitive checkout fields are masked in our public API and never echoed back in plaintext. Payment pages and the storefront are served over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our controls regularly and restrict access on a need-to-know basis.
