Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my ZZZ UID and server?
Your UID is displayed at the bottom-left of the game's main screen and inside your profile. Your server (America, Europe, Asia, TW/HK/MO) is selected on the login screen.
What does Monochrome convert into?
Monochrome converts 1:1 into Polychromes — the pull currency for Agent and W-Engine banners — and buys select shop bundles.
Do servers share balances?
No — accounts are server-locked, so enter the exact server where your Proxy was created.
Does the first-purchase bonus apply?
Yes — eligible packs keep the in-game double-Monochrome first-recharge bonus.
Is my HoYoverse password needed?
Never — only your UID and server for this direct top-up.
